 Hibiki, which means resonance in Japanese, is a bronze amber-colored 21-year-old whisky with notes of cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana, and caramel on the nose with hints of sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot, and Japanese oak on the palate.
