Distilleria Bianchi, Grappa di Sicilia

A blend of grappas from fresh multi-varietal pomace variously distilled: with pot stills, in bain-marie and in columns, to exalt its body, aroma and the persistence of its taste. Enjoy after meals, neat at room temperature, for a balanced, intense and rounded taste, or mix it in cocktails to add a rich and interesting note. Nardini owns two distilleries in the Veneto Region of Italy: one in Bassano del Grappa, in the Vicenza Province and the other in Monastier, in the Treviso Province. Combined, these distill 40,000 metric tons of DOC grape pomace which is wisely blended and carefully selected from the best wineries in the Alpine foothills of the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
